Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations
FruJoy currently delivers within:
- Kampala
- Selected surrounding areas
For bulk, corporate, or special orders, additional locations may be arranged upon request.
Delivery Timeframes
- Kampala: 1–3 business days
- Outside Kampala: 2–5 business days (where applicable)
Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size
- Any applicable shipping costs will be communicated before order confirmation
Promotional free delivery offers may apply from time to time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
Delivery Responsibility
- Once an order has been delivered and received, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Food Safety & Returns
Due to the nature of food products:
- Returns are accepted only for unopened, damaged, or incorrect items
- Opened or consumed products cannot be returned
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within the stated timeframe
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The original packaging must be intact
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
Subject to product availability.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders:
- Are handled on a case-by-case basis
- May have different delivery timelines and return terms
- Are generally non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
